dunsden church flower arranging team
We have a dedicated team of flower arrangers who volunteer regularly on a rota basis. Some of us prefer to work alone or in pairs.
At Festival times e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Harvest, we all get together and arrange the flowers so the Church looks extra special for the occasion. To make more of it we stop for a break to have a chat and some refreshments.
We have also held flower festivals in the church which have always been very successful and well supported by various people ranging from young children to professional arrangers.
We love to welcome new people to the team. Previous experience is helpful but not essential and, because everyone has their own style, we love the variety it brings. You’d be surprised what you can pick up from watching others do it!
We are also usually available to arrange flowers in the church for weddings. Details of this service are available in a leaflet included in the wedding information pack.
