Julian has lived in Binfield Heath and Shiplake for more than 35 years and has 4 grown children with 4 grandchildren. His late wife Veronica also worshiped at the churches in the Benefice and was an active member of the congregation.

Until recently Julian was the secretary and vice chairman, of the PCC and in the past has also been chairman of Shiplake scout group, a member of the governing body of Shiplake CE Primary School, past chairman and president of Henley on Thames Round Table and chairman of Henley 41 Club as well as fitting in a career in property construction and development!

His interests now include walking with his large poodle dog, sailing, golf, music and theatre, looking after the garden, and worrying about his family.
